PPA processing aid is an additive used in the production process of high-quality products, designed to support the production process for optimal efficiency and maximum aesthetic appeal of the final product.

Technical specifications:
| Base Polymer | PE, PP |
| Usage Rate | 2~5% |
| Applications | PE, PP, PS, PVC, EVA |
Features of PPA processing aid:
- Improves product surface condition
- Reduces surface defects such as melt fracture, die build-up, sharkskin, etc.
Eliminates die build-up. - Improves dimensional stability and control.
- Enhances dispersion of color / other additives.
- Reduces gel formation.
- Reduces crystallization.
- Increases production capacity;
- Reduces internal pressure (Extruder).
- Reduces extruder power consumption.
- Reduces heat conversion in the extruder.
- Reduces downtime.
- Reduces color changeover time.
- Reduces costs.
- Allows for effective use of lower MFI resins.
- Enables extrusion of temperature-sensitive resins.
Suitable for polymers with a maximum temperature of 220oC
Applications of PPA processing aid:
- Used in film blowing, injection molding, pipe/profile extrusion, fiber spinning, casting, etc.
- Used in PE, PP, PS, PVC, and EVA applications, etc.
Packaging and storage:
- Packed in 20kg/bag (PP or PK bag)
